- Request Submission – potential client requests a service via email or telephone.
- Interview 1 - client describes service request, including purpose, audience, academic or professional level, complexity, volume, format, and time requirements. If in existence, client e-mails draft document.
- Estimate– a detailed estimate is submitted to client, via e-mail. Details include cost, timeline, and payment terms.
- Interview 2 - Upon client approval of estimates, and receipt of a non-refundable deposit, a telephone interview is scheduled to discuss request requirements and fulfillment.
- Service - The Writing COW staff perform requested services.
- Review - Client reviews service DRAFT, provides feedback or change requests , and The Writing COW staff adjust service documents.
- After final payment is received, The Writing COW staff provide a FINAL service document to the client via e-mail.
